Oh No! It’s An Alien Invasion: Turret Alert

Based on the popular Canadian animation TV show, Oh No! It’s An Alien Invasion: Turret Alert is a fun app that features characters from the show. The premise is that Briiian and the Brainlings have taken over the mall, which is the Super Wicked Extreme Emergency Team’s (S.W.E.E.T.’s) secret hideout, and you must fight them off. You can use special powers like Slo-Mo, Brain Freeze, and Fast Forward. If you’re good enough, you can also unlock weapons like the Meatball Blaster and Whipped Cream Gun. Go on, save the world!

 Skip Bo

If you’re a fan of this card game and keep losing the cards all the time, playing it on this app will thrill you. The graphics are realistic and if you have forgotten how to play, the instructions will remind you. Of course, it is a family game so you can play with your mom, dad and siblings; but if everyone else is busy, you can also play with the computer. There are three levels: easy – against animals, medium – against humans, and hard – against smart robots.

 Happi Spells

This app teaches you to spell while solving crossword puzzles. The words required are shown as images on tiles and also played back to you as audio. The matching letters are scattered around the puzzle and should be dragged to their correct places. The app is multilingual and can be used to learn how to read and write other languages apart from English including German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Bokmål. There are about 60 mini crossword puzzles in five different levels with 12 puzzles in each level that guarantee hours of fun!
