Fair Pro 2013, the popular property show organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI), Chennai, will be held from 22 to 24 February 2013 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. This is the sixth edition of Fair Pro.

"Fair Pro 2013 is much bigger than before in terms of format, number of participating developers, unique offers and a much larger space," said Sandeep Mehta, President, CREDAI, Chennai.

This edition will have 75 developers participating with more than 250 projects showcased. The projects on offer are in a wide range, starting from Rs. 5 lakh and going up to Rs. 10 crore. There are some unique offers to be had, said organisers. Every booking will be acknowledged with a free iPad.

"Over the past weeks, we’ve had two loan melas where a thousand people registered. The loans for these registrations have been approved. At Fair Pro 2013, these 1000 registered persons will be given a privilege card that grants them hassle-free access. It will also facilitate the builder in recognising a buyer easily. Over the years our footfalls have been steadily increasing. This year, we expect over 75,000 footfalls," said Mehta.
