And now, designer luxury residences in Noida to be owned by invitation
The chance to live in ultimate luxury in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be by invitation only. Those wanting to be part of this ultra-luxury facilities, to be managed by the Leela Group of Hotels, will have to face a screening test before they qualify to be the 100-odd lucky individuals who would get to live in residential apartments coming up in Noida to be designed by world famous luxurious Italian brand, Armani group.
The Armani Group/Casa have joined hands with real estate player Supertech to design the luxury residences at the Supernova project ofthe company coming up near Delhi.
“We have signed a contract with the Armani group to do interior design of residences in our Supernova project. This would be the second major venture for Armani brand in India and the first in the NCR,” Supertech director Mohit Arora said.
The Armani group has already tied up with the Mumbai-based Lodha Developers to design the residences and common spaces of the World Towers project coming up in Upper Worli. The group had also designed the Armani hotel in skyscraper Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
Mr. Arora said there would be 100 ‘Residences by Armani/Casa’, with sizes varying from 3,000 sq feet to 5,000 sq feet with entire interior design solution, in the 55-floor tower and these will be sold through invitation. The whole set-up, which would also include two luxurious hotels of Leela group and Le Meridien, will be known as service apartments and maintained by the Leela group.
He said the prices will be 75 to 100 per cent higher than other products in the Supernova project. The non-branded flats in the Supernova project are being sold currently at around Rs. 15,000 per sq feet. Mr. Arora said that it took two years for Supertech to negotiate the agreement with the Armani group, which would be charging consultancy fee for the services.
The real estate group would also buy high-quality interior design products from Armani.
