The India Property Fair 2013, presented by The Hindu , will take place in Malaysia and Singapore this year and will showcase property investment options to the NRI community. The event aims to create a platform for top Indian builders and promoters to reach audiences across the globe in order to attract investments for properties back home.

Singapore and Malaysia have a historic connect with India and NRIs settlements in both these countries are quite high. In fact, every fourth migrant in these countries is an Indian and those setting up companies in Singapore have doubled in the last 4 years. The Hindu invite builders to register and take part in the event.

The India Property Fair 2013 will take place in Malaysia on September 7 and September 8 at KL Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur ( 55 stalls) and in Singapore on September 14 and September 15 at the Singapore Expo (60 stalls).
