For any creative soul, artiste, to be able to pursue one’s passion is sheer joy. Yuksek (Pierre-Alexandre Busson) is one of those fortunate ones who have been able to chase their passion with determination. French electronic music producer, re-mixer, composer and deejay, Yuksek, was recently in New Delhi to perform at Kitty Su, The Lalit, where he belted out his popular tracks such as “Extraball” and “Tonight”.
“I create music the way I want with synthesizer or instruments, vocal or instrumental, recording drums or using sample,” says Yuksek, who prefers to use computers while recording. Yuksek created his first tracks “Yuksek” in 2006 following which he started to perform as a deejay across the world.
His first EPs and remixes were released on labels such as Relish, I’m a cliché, Kitsuné, Xploited and Citizen. His debut album, ‘Away from the Sea’ included the singles “Tonight” and “Extraball”. The artiste is now gearing up to launch his latest album in May titled ‘Partyfinal’ and his production ‘Juveniles’ would be releasing a month after that.
In the meantime, Yuksek would be playing across the globe — Europe, U.S., Cananda and cities like Seoul, Jakarta, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo.
