The first edition of the Eristoff Invasion Festival is coming to India and will consist of an explosive live act by The Prodigy. It will be held in Bangalore on January 13 and New Delhi on January 15. The British band will be joined by Indian bands Pentagram, Midival Punditz and Jalebee Cartel. The festival will also see a DJ set by popular Australian electro rock act Pendulum.

The Prodigy is one of the biggest band of performing artists in the world. Responsible for dance tracks like “Firestarter” and “Smack My Bitch Up”, their music has been featured in several Hollywood films, including “Charlie's Angels”, “The Matrix” and “Kick-Ass”. The British trio of Liam Howlett, Keith Flint and Maxim promise to bring the same energy to India. Liam Howlett says, “We are thrilled to be coming to play our music in India. It will be our first time there so we don't know what to expect, which is exciting.” The band will be playing music from their first album all the way up till their latest album “Invaders Must Die”, considering that this is their first concert in India.

“As much as we're coming for the festival, we're also coming for the whole experience of the people, the surroundings and the environment,” says Liam.

Drum and bass rockers Pendulum are one of Australia's contribution to the world of electronic music; they have played at Glastonbury and Creamfields and are now set to play in India.

Eristoff Invasion is a brand new music festival that will bring the best international, contemporary, high-energy acts to India. The first edition of the festival will take place on January 13 in Bangalore at Palace Grounds. The line-up for the night includes The Prodigy, Pendulum DJ Set, Heavy G, Pentagram, BBC, and Vachan Chinnappa.

The festival is being organised by Motherswear, Only Much Louder's festivals division in collaboration with UKNY Music , a UK-based music and events company.
