Charitha, Yasaswini and Deepak Kumar Reddy, students of Keshava Reddy Concept School, M.R.Palle, Tirupati, won medals in the U-17 age group at the state-level Judo competitions conducted at Warangal last week. Charitha won a bronze in the -60 category, Yasaswini in the +61 category and Deepak in the -71 category. Educational group Chairman N.Keshava Reddy congratulated the students and the coach.

Kendriya Vidyalaya – I conducted a painting competition for its students under the aegis of its ‘Integrity Club' last week. The club was started in the year 2009 with 56 young champions. The idea was to let children play games cheerfully, take part in activities like painting, quiz, group songs, narrate anecdotes and in the process inculcate values like ethics, morality, compassion, honesty, responsibility, respect and non-violence. The club begins its academic year by April and closes with a campfire in February. Value excursions, trekking, outing are also conducted regularly by the club, said Vice-Principal M.C.Varma.
