Indian Oil Sports Scholarship The objective of this scheme is to award scholarships to promising young players with a view to encourage talent and create a pool of sportspersons from which sport appointees can be chosen for the Corporation.
Eligibility: Upcoming players between 14 and 19 years of age who have represented their state or country can apply. National ranking between 1 to 15 in juniors or sub-juniors category or semi-finalist/finalists of national championships. Games: Cricket, hockey, basketball, volleyball, football, kabaddi, tennis, billiards and snooker, golf, carrom, badminton, chess, archery, boxing, gymnastics, shooting, swimming, wrestling, table tennis, athletics.
