LSE India Scholarships – 2013

Eligibility: Indian Students holding an offer of a place on an LSE Master’s programme by April 30 are eligible for an award and scholarships will be made on the basis of financial need.

Prizes & Rewards : Scholarships will range in value from £3,000 to £32,000 depending on financial need.

Inlaks Research Travel Grants, 2013

Eligibility: The applicants must hold confirmed Ph. D registration from Indian universities for at least two years. They must have a first class degree at either Bachelor’s (Honours) or Master’s level, preferably both.

Description: This grant is geared to assist registered PhD. students of Indian universities to undertake short-term visits to universities abroad to collect material, use facilities and consult experts.

Application: One written work about the PhD thesis, along with the form from the website, has to be sent to the Mumbai address

Prizes & Rewards : IRTG offers financial support for a maximum of three months at a university/institution/ library abroad. The grant will cover discounted air fare, maintenance expenses and funds for buying material and books, and making copies of relevant literature.
