Candidates who have appeared for JEE-Main this year for admission into NITs, IIITs and other central funded institutions have to verify their board marks hosted on the website >http://jeemain.nic.in and inform the officials before June 27 if there are any discrepancies.

All the candidates have to check and confirm their board marks through link “Confirmation of class 12th/Qualifying Examination Board Marks”, failing which it will be assumed that the marks received from their respective Board are correct. In case of any discrepancy, candidate should upload the supporting documents like mark sheet before June 27. For clarification candidates can send a main to >jeeboardmarks@gmail.com giving ‘Confirmation of Class 12th Board Marks’ in subject line.

The marks are important as the rank would be calculated giving 40 per cent weightage to the board marks and any discrepancy may alter the ranks drastically.

Correct mistakes for JEE-Main before June 28

Candidates who cleared JEE-Main this year and wish to make corrections with regard to their category and state code of eligibility can do so online on the website >‘www.jeemain.nic.in’ before June 28.

For corrections regarding the name of the candidate, mother’s name, father’s name, mobile number, email ID, gender and date of birth a request has to be sent to the JEE Main office through mail or post before June 28.
