FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam

FIITJEE, in collaboration with media partner The Hindu Education Plus , presents FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) 2014. The exam is conducted for students of classes V to XI. This year the exam will be held on December 28. The registration for FTRE closes on December 23. The exam fee is Rs. 500 (inclusive of service tax).

Outstanding performers will be rewarded certificates of merit and scholarships that will cover all of their training expenses. Total cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE programmes and hostel-fee waivers worth about Rs.10 crore are on offer subject to terms and conditions. Moreover, gifted students, teachers, principals and schools have the chance to win medals, shields, trophies, etc.

Through FTRE 2014, students will also get an opportunity to join a FIITJEE classroom/integrated school programme for IIT-JEE, NTSE and foundation courses. FTRE is conducted at more than 255 test centres across India. In Chennai, the exam will be held at the following venues: Maharishi Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Chetpet; Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar West; Devi Academy Sr. Sec. School, Valasaravakkam; Chettinad Vidyashram, R A Puram; Chennai Global School, Thirumazhisai; SBOA School and Jr. College, Anna Nagar West Extn.; DAV Public School, Velachery; Sri Krishnasamy Matriculation Higher Secondary School, K K Nagar; Maharishi International Residential School, Sunguvarchathiram (near Sriperumpudur); Shree Niketan Matriculation Hr Sec School, Tiruvallur; FIITJEE Towers, K. K. Nagar; Bhavans Rajaji Vidyashram, Kilpauk and Zigma Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Medavakkam.

As a post-test service, FIITJEE will conduct counselling sessions on how to chart a firm course of preparation in order to ace competitive exams like NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads, IITJEE(Main),IITJEE(Advanced), SAT-I, SAT-II, AP, etc.
