Medical talent test

LIMRA Overseas Educational Consultants is conducting a medical talent test in collaboration with Bharth University, Chennai, to help students assess their aptitude to pursue medicine (MBBS).

Those who have taken physics, chemistry and biology/pure science in class XII during 2014-2015 are eligible to take the test. All participants will be given a certificate of participation. Test centres are in Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruchy, Madurai, Puducherry, Karaikudi, Kumbakonam, Vellore, Salem, Nagarcoil and Tirunelveli. The test will be conducted on May 3. University of Sheffield

University of Sheffield, U.K., has launched a new course, M.Sc. in Advanced Control and Systems Engineering (with Industry), to match the rising need of industry-trained professionals in this field. The two-year course integrates the theoretical knowledge in control systems engineering with hands-on practical application with its ‘year in industry programme’.
