The Hindu E-Plus Club Challenge 2013 brought many precious moments to cherish to the 1,700 students who became part of the youthful carnival.

Students of Vignan University, Guntur, survived the battle of the brains and emerged the ‘fittest’ contenders by bagging the overall champion’s trophy in the State-level final round of the Challenge.

Their counterparts from Raghu Engineering College, Visakhapatnam, finished second while the team from CMR College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, finished third.

The event was sponsored by Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education, Vijayawada and GIT Grafx Pvt. Limited served as the knowledge partners.

The preliminary (regional) rounds held at Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam saw vibrant youth groups throng the venues to showcase their potential.

E-Plus Club Challenge-2013 was all about allowing young minds to converge, connect and create magic.

Confidence

Their remarkable sense of confidence that came into play at the main events — Group Discussion, Elocution, Paper Presentation and Quiz, besides creative performance that was kept outside the realm of competitions, brought to the fore intellectual skills and level of preparedness.

The quiz was interesting. The winning team from Vignan University, Guntur, showed sparks of victory from the start. The gleefully waving audience soaked in the enchanting moments.

In the end, they knew, only one team would take home the winners’ trophy. But, they smiled as they now knew what they could not do to grab the trophy.
