Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships 2015Description: These are an internationally competitive, merit-based scholarships provided by the Australian government to undertake study, research and professional development programmes in Australia. The objective is to provide opportunities for high achieving individuals to improve their skills and enhance their global awareness.

Eligibility: Postgraduates, post-doctoral researchers, professionals and vocational education and training students with age above 18 years can apply.

Prizes & Rewards: Travel and establishment allowances, tuition, monthly stipend, health and travel insurance. Also, opportunities to attend professional development workshops and receptions.

FAEA Scholarship 2014Description: This scholarship enables economically and socially-disadvantaged students to study in institutions which provide academic excellence, access to structures of power and economic opportunity.

Eligibility: Class XII-passed students or first-year undergraduate students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections in the BPL category can apply.

Newcastle University India Scholarships 2014Description: Newcastle University, U.K. is offering this scholarship for Indian students planning to pursue Humanities and social sciences, science, agriculture and engineering, medical science programmes.

Eligibility: Selection is on the basis of academic merit and the personal statement of candidates. Applicant must hold an offer from Newcastle University and intend to start the course in September 2014. Must have 65 per cent or above in bachelors degree.
