Commonwealth scholarship and fellowship plan

Eligibility: Six months clinical training programme for MBBS, BDS, MS, MD degree holders. One-year Master’s courses or three-years doctoral degree for all degree holders.

Description: Applications are invited from Indian nationals for nominations in the U.K. tenable from September/October 2014 for higher studies/research/specialised training in the Medical, Engineering, Pure and applied Science, Agriculture, Humanity and Social Science subjects in the U.K.

Prizes & Rewards: Airfare to the U.K. and return, on expiry of the scholarship, tuition and examination fees, personal maintenance allowance of £917 per month (£1,134 per month for those studying at institutions in London) and many other grants and allowances

Deadline: Online application by October 6; by post or by hand: October 11.

Young leaders’ programme student (MEXT) Japanese scholarship

Eligibility: All graduates looking for Master’s degree from Japanese universities with work experience as per course selected.
