The Central University of Karnataka is offering a unique integrated five-year B.Tech.-M.Tech. programme.

Even the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have not so structured the integrated course to provide training in general engineering at the undergraduate level. Hence, the student will have to choose a specialisation at the beginning of the course.

S.S. Murthy, Vice-Chancellor of the University, has authored the course details which provides an opportunity for the students to study the basics of all wings of engineering at their undergraduate level and choose the specialisation at the postgraduate level.
