Investor’s awareness programme at CMRTC

An “Investor’s Awareness Programme” was conducted at CMR Technical Campus, Kandlakoya under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Institute for Company Secretaries of India, Hyderabad Chapter.

Three distinguished speakers, two of whom are young, practicing Company Secretaries addressed the students. In the first session, Rahul Jain enlightened the students on the salient features of investments and the options available for investment opportunities, emphasizing the various important concepts needed in investment. He encouraged the students to be like the two prominent investing stalwarts, Warren Edward Buffet and Jhunjhunwala in making wise investment decisions.

Issac Raj gave an in-depth presentation on investor education and grievance redressal mechanism. R.Chandrashekhar, the Executive Officer of ICSI, Hyderabad Chapter steered the session by speaking on the Company Secretaryship as a career option.
