MediSafe Meds and Pill reminder

When engrossed in work and managing several activities, one can easily forget to take care of oneself. You suddenly remember that you’ve forgotten to take your medicines. Save the guilt. This app will make sure you take them on time. All you need to do is feed in the medicine name, schedule, dosage, instructions on how you need to take it and the number of reminders. You can also set the shape and colour of the medicine to remember which one you have to take. Another useful feature is the refill reminder which notifies you when your stock is running low. Besides this, the app provides nutrition tips which you can share with your friends through social networking apps.

Stretching and eye exercises

If you have a work schedule that requires you to sit for long hours in front of the computer or do a lot of reading, it is crucial that you take regular breaks to avoid neck, back or shoulder pains. Research suggests that taking a break after every 45 minutes of sitting is good for health. TakeBreak app has a set of 15 simple exercises, including breathing and stretching, which take about 3-4 minutes to finish. You can also set a reminder specifying the time duration after which you would want to take a break. However, this feature is only available in the paid version.
