Bharathi Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School, Perumbakkam, has continued its successful streak of maintaining 100 per cent pass percentage in the CBSE Class XII examination, results of which were announced on Monday last. Guru Raghav topped the school securing 488 marks, also securing a State rank. He scored centum in mathematics, physics and informatics practices, a subject in which his twin brother Guru Pranesh also scored a centum. Aspiring to pursue chemical engineering, Raghav said he was studying along with his brother in Bharathi Vidyalaya from Class I. S. Monica topped the commerce group, securing 420 marks.
The support from the teachers and the management was second to none. The teachers ensured that the students were thorough with their subjects, said Raghav, whose father V. Raman is an Assistant Superintendent of Posts and mother Uma Maheswari is a Senior Accountant in the Department of Agriculture. K. Alamelu, correspondent of the school, said that the school maintained a consistent 100 per cent pass percentage in both Class X and XII examination for a long time. He said that the teachers were committed.

Sri Sankara Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, East Tambaram, has been successful in securing 100 per cent pass in Class XII examination. All the 217 students who appeared for the examination have had passed in first class. Srinidhi, was the school topper, has secured securing 1,187 marks, followed by S. Balachandar (1,185) and K.K. Harini (1,177).
Five students in chemistry, two in mathematics, 10 in commerce and accountancy, four in business mathematics and one in economics have scored centum. Twelve students have secured 198 in Sanskrit. M. Ramakrishnan and Vasantha Mahadevan, correspondent and principal respectively, congratulated the teachers and students for their efforts and dedication.

A note from K. Mohana, principal and S. Pattabiraman, secretary, said that all the 161 students who appeared for the examination have passed. R. Sudarshan of commerce group topped the school, securing 490 marks, also securing a State rank. S. Girish and R. Sudarshan scored centum in mathematics, C. Sivaramakrishnan in chemistry, C. Sivaramakrishnan and V. Subeikshanan in biology and B. Narayani and S. Vittal in business studies. J. Bhargavi topped biology group with 488 marks and Vaishali Sarathy in computer science group with 482 marks, the note added.
