We try to make recipes as authentic as possible,” says Girish Vyas, whose father, Ashok Kumar Vyas, established the restaurant in 2002.
Ashok, who has been in the textile business for a long time, decided to enter food business after learning that there was a dearth of restaurants in Anna Nagar that offered Rajasthani food. “My father is a good cook and in the beginning he would experiment with the dishes and ask customers about their preference. He was clear about one thing: that the food should be wholesome,” says Girish.
