He’s all set to remake Malayalam film Salt ‘N’ Pepper in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. He will also reprise Mohan Lal’s role as the lead from the original. The actor says, “I enjoyed every scene of the original, and immediately wanted a remake. The shooting will begin after Pongal, and I’m looking forward to it. The film revolves around two people dealing with mid-life crisis. It will be produced under my Duet Films banner.”

Actor Trisha has not dubbed for herself in her films, except in the likes of Ayutha Ezhuthu, Manmathan Ambu and Mankatha. However, she’ll be doing it in her upcoming film Samar, as requested by Vishal, her co-star in the film. “I was happy to dub. Director Thiru and Vishal were helpful at the dubbing theatre. It was a beautiful experience and I loved it,” says Trisha.
