The Deols — Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby, who generally shy away from publicity, recently launched the trailer of their upcoming film Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 in great style. The trio was in great spirits and got innovative with the film’s first look by offering audiences to view the trailer through the old-style, long-forgotten, bioscope! We hear that the YPD2 Bioscope, as it is called, is going to be placed across worldwide movie halls. Wonder if this was veteran Dharmendra’s idea?

Plane vanilla

Priyanka Chopra has taken the word unique to a different level. Well, she’s the voice of an Indian airplane, Ishani, in the upcoming Pixar animated film — Planes. Priyanka voices for a champion of a plane who rules the pan-Asian skies. Pixar has included India in its film about an around-the-world aerial race for the aesthetics our country offers. Priyanka was reportedly chosen after director Klay Hall became a fan after watching her in Dostana.

Experimenting spree?

Boring clothes, large spectacles, dental braces and a 1990s-style chevron moustache. Add to that a large satchel and a tiffin box. That completes Ranbir Kapoor’s look for a promotional for the upcoming IPL season. Easily the best styled guy in the Hindi film scene, the actor has redefined clumsy and mundane with his new look. On the other hand, there is the loud and rustic look this man has donned for Abhinav Kashyap’s Besharam — yellow vest, shiny pants and a pink car to match! Wonder what’s with so much experimentation?
