Ace musician A. R. Rahman has embarked on a noble mission — the purpose of which is to spread love.
In a video titled Join Hands With Me, which he released on YouTube recently, the maestro has posed five questions to viewers and fans across the globe and urged them to respond to any one of them through a HD video not more than 20 seconds long.
The five questions posed are 1. What is the first step towards removing borders? 2. What makes you believe in Karma? 3. What is good music to you? 4. What does it take to be human? 5. Fast for tax exemption
Director Seenu Ramasamy, who has been pleading with the State for tax exemption for his film Neer Paravai, is all set to go on fast for a day in support of his demand.
“My film Neer Paravai has not been granted tax exemption despite being awarded a U certificate. It has no obscenity or violence and showcases our culture. We have sought permission to observe a day-long fast. We are likely to get permission to fast on November 11 at the state guest house,” he says.
