Run Neha run

Actor Neha Sharma isn’t a fitness freak but swears by a healthy lifestyle

February 15, 2013 08:52 pm | Updated 08:52 pm IST - NEW DELHI:

Unlike we assume, not every actor is a fitness freak. And Neha Sharma, two-films-old actor, is certainly not the one. She was first seen in Mohit Suri’s Crook and Kya Super Kool Hai Hum. She also stars opposite Vivek Oberoi, in Jayantabhai Ki Love Story, now showing in theatres. The young actor is a bog foodie and says she hardly gets any time to exercise.

“I try to do exercise whenever I get free. I believe if you are working all the time and you tend to eat all the way, burning those extra calories is not a child’s play,” she says recalling her experiences.

But what is that one thing that she swears by? “You go for a run in the morning or evening whenever it suits you but do go for a run,” reveals Neha.

For a foodie like her, she says, it is difficult to be size zero. Neither does she aspire to achieve that frame “No, you don’t have to be size zero to be fit and for someone like me who is a die hard fan of food, it is not possible. For me a healthy lifestyle is important.”
