There is one more opportunity to sign up as delegate for the 17 International Film Festival of Kerala, the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy says.
This option is only for those who had registered online, but are yet to pay.
The fee can be paid directly at any State Bank of Travancore branch or online using credit or debit card on or before November 28. Those who have already paid can get their cards from November 27 from the banks where they made the payment. These cards will be distributed till November 30.
