What they say…
Producer Dr. V. Ramadoss: I am an NRI who got into film production recently. When I listened to the storyline of Haridas , it moved me. I am sure it will strike a chord with filmgoers.
Director GNR Kumaravelan: The film has emotion, sentiment and entertainment mixed in the right proportion. For every child, his father is the hero. I have shown the various shades of emotions through the characters of Kishore and Sneha. I think I have a winner on my hands.
Hero Kishore: An actor can prove his mettle only if the character he essays is powerful. I have got one such in Haridas. When the director called me over and narrated the story to me, I was not only happy but also started doing my homework. The screenplay and the characterisation have made shooting for the movie a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Music director Vijay Antony: When you work with the same director on two films, you know what his expectations are. This is my third film with director Kumaravelan (after Ninaithale Inikkum and Yuvan Yuvathy ). Not only the songs but also the re-recording have come out well.
