The movie depicts dual story flow with many characters packed in a puzzle which makes you watch the movie twice to find the questions first and then solve the puzzle. Though the end is tragic the visual richness, the reality in acting and the soulful music mesmerise.

Kill Bill I & II

Kill Bill, a revenge cum thriller movie, directed by Quentin Tarantino shows the director’s prodigy in drawing a non-linear story line. The movie is all about how a comatose woman roared, rampaged and gets her revenge by killing the people in her death list. The speedy screenplay with bloody action, a twist in the story line and unique music hits will draw you in. If you are a raw action movie lover, don’t miss this one.

Babel

Alejandro González Iñárritu

Babel is a hyperlink drama movie directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu which weaves stories from Morocco, Japan, Mexico and America and brings them together in the end. There is no hero, heroine or villain in the movie, only circumstances and fate play a major role. The emotions shown by the characters don’t need any translations and the movie depicts the difference in language, culture and parenting among different countries. Babel is the kind of movie that arrives simply to steal awards and win the hearts of the audience.

Cinema Paradiso is an Italian drama film directed by Guiseppe Tornatore, and talks about a theatre in Sicily which is the centre of people’s lives. It is the story of a mischievous boy Salvatore, his love, loss, sacrifice and success in life. Salvatore fascinated by movies is befriended by the projectionist Alfredo who becomes blind later owing to a fire accident which makes Salvatore the projectionist. The movie then goes to how his life changes, makes him leave town only to return as a successful film director.

Dear John

If you haven’t watched a good romantic movie yet Dear John, a tear-jerker adapted from Nicholos Sparks novel of same name is a good bet.
