What's keeping Asin busy these days? Well, after a makeover for an ad, she's shooting for a Rohit Shetty film

Spotted: Asin on the sets with Raju Hirani.

The actress and the filmmaker got together for a commercial. “Hopefully someday I'll get to work in his movie too. He is a wonderful, calm, down to earth and patient person. I love his films,” says Asin. The new Mirinda advertisement, directed by Hirani has Asin sporting three different looks depicting the three flavours — Orange Masala, Orange Mango and Orange. Apparently the looks too have been put together by Hirani himself.

The usually demure Asin insists that there is a wild and crazy side to her and that there is a lot of similarity between the Asin we see in the Mirinda ads and the real her. “It's a fun drink and this is my seventh year with them. I connect with the vibe of the drink,” she says. Having acted in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam films, is there any particular type of role she wants to enact? “Any role that offers me enough scope to showcase my acting skill within a commercial format,” she replies.

Apart from advertisements what's new on the movie front for the actor? “I am currently shooting with Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn for “Bol Bachan”. It's a Rohit Shetty film and a situational comedy,” says Asin. And with Abhishek and Ajay both being pranksters in real life shooting for this film has been has been quite entertaining. The young actress is also part of Sajid Khan's comedy flick “Housefull 2.”
