What they say…

Producer V. Vinoth Kumar: I am passionate about cinema. I started doing music videos. My first was ‘Vizhiyum and Seviyum’, which was a hit in the market, and we have begun work on the second. Film production was not on my agenda. When this project came to us, we wanted to take it up as we were very much impressed with the story. We named our company Triple V Records, the triple V standing for my father Vasanth Kumar, my brother Vijay Vasanth and myself. We have made an interesting film and I am sure the audience will enjoy it.

Director K. Ramu: I worked under directors Priyadarshan, Yuvan and N.K.Viswanathan, and on television serials such as Kolangal (screenplay), Thadayam (story, screenplay and dialogue) and Vizhigal (director and actor). I waited for a couple of years for a producer to make Theriyama Unnai Kadhalichiten . That was when Vijay, his brother and father came forward to back the film. I am thankful to all of them. I am sure the audience will go back home relaxed, after having watched a feel-good film.

Hero Vijay Vasanth: Starting from Chennai-28, I have acted in nine films. My first film as a hero was Madhil Mel Poonai.Theriyama Unna Kadhalichiten is the second in which I play the lead, an easy-going college boy. Essaying the role was not difficult for me, thanks to director Ramu.

Music director P.R. Srinath: I became a music instructor at the age of 16. I worked as a sound recordist at Shahdara Ambey Studio. I came to Chennai when I was 19 and started composing music at the age of 21. My first movie was Unnaiye Kadhalipen, and Theriyama Unnai Kadhalichiten is my second. I am awaiting the release of Raghu and Pandavargal . I have also been signed on for Sundari Neeyum Sundaran Naanum and Ru for which shooting has just commenced.
