Music highlights

There are seven songs in the album of which ‘Kuttipayale’ is the best. STR has not only written and sung it but also set it to tune. All the other songs are composed by Dharan Kumar. ‘Suklam Bharadaram’ is sung beautifully by Kalyani Menon. ‘Appa Takkar’ is written and sung by Psycho Unit, a band from Malaysia. ‘Cute-ana’ sung by Naresh Iyer and written by Lallu, is enjoyable. VTV Ganesh proves his mettle as a lyricist with ‘Avan Ivan Evano’ and ‘Ennoda Vazhtha,’ both sung by NSK Ramya. The last on the album is ‘Pattampoochi’ written and sung by the producer-actor.

What they say…

Producer-hero VTV Ganesh:Inga Enna Solludhu is inspired by an incident I came across recently. After writing the script for the film, I asked my friend Vincent Selva to go through it. He was more than willing to do the film.

Director Vincent Selva: I got a gold medal for the short film I made as part of the course requirement at the Film and Television Institute of Tamil Nadu. Actor Vijay who saw it evinced interest in doing a film with me. And the result was Priyamudan. I went on to do Vattakudi Iranniyan, Youth, Jithan, Perumal, ThulliVillaiyadu and now Inga Enna Solludhu . I have also done a couple of films in Telugu and one in Malayalam. My friend Ganesh has done a wonderful job of writing a full-fledged script. He made my work easy as I had to take only the required shots for the movie.

Music director Dharan Kumar:Inga Enna Solludhu is my ninth Tamil film which is sure to keep the audience in splits. From my first film Parijatham to this, I have worked with various directors. One of the songs written and sung by the producer-actor Ganesh is a highlight. I have two more films in the pipeline.
