Andrea Jeremiah and Simbu in Inga Enna Solluthu

The inspiration for the title is obviously from the film Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya ( VTV ). When VTV Ganesh decided to produce a film, he not only titled it Inga Enna Solluthu , a phrase he constantly used in VTV playing Simbu’s friend, but also roped in the latter for a special appearance. After her striking performance in Kamal’s Vishwaroopam , Andrea Jeremiah will also make a special appearance but in a crucial role in Inga Enna Solluthu . “Simbu’s character is unique to the story and, although it is a ‘special appearance’, he is there till the end,” says Ganesh.

Jiiva is joyful

Following David , Jiiva is busy completing Endrendrum Punnagai for director Mueenuddin Ahmed and Yaan for Ravi K. Chandran. He is also preparing for Nee Nalla Varuvada , his home production directed by Chandra Mohan. While Jiiva is paired with Thulasi Nair in Yaan , an action thriller, he has Nazriya Nazim for company in Nee Nalla Varuvada.Endrendrum Punnagai features two heroines Trisha and Andrea Jeremiah. So, can we expect a love triangle? “I cannot say that there is a love triangle as such in the story,” says director Ahmed, adding, “The film traces the journey of the protagonist during which he comes across the heroines. Equal importance is given to both Trisha and Andrea in the film.” Ahmed is currently busy with the post production work of the film.
