Arya turns producer, and his production house The Show People has roped in director M. Rajesh for its debut film. Apparently, Santhanam has an important role in the film. Since he is known for his earlier comedies such as Boss Engira Baskaran and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, one can expect another laugh riot from the director.

One more fan…

Vijay’s dance moves have floored Mammootty. The Tamil actor impressed the Malayalam star while he shook a leg for the latter’s new film The Gangster. The film, directed by Aashiq Abu, has Parthepan and Rohini Hattangadi in important roles.

No fan clubs, please

When fan clubs were at their peak, actor Sivakumar asserted that he did not want fan clubs. More recently, Ajith dismantled his fan clubs. And, the latest to join the list is the poster boy for offbeat films, Vijay Sethupathi. Apparently, the actor has asked his fans not to form any club, since he feels they end up wasting their time and money to popularise an actor.

Guess who’s here!

Indo-Canadian actor Sunny Leone who has a few Hindi movies to her credit will come down South to shake a leg for a dance number in the Tamil film Vada Curry . Featuring Jai and Swathi in the lead, the film is produced by Dayanidhi Alagiri and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
