There are five songs in the album and the best one is ‘Elizabeth Elizabeth’ sung by Ananthu and Akshaya. ‘Unnai Naan Parthathu,’ sung by Jayadev and Vinitha, is above average, while ‘Dil Dil Dil,’ sung by Balaji and Amirtha, is good.

What they say…

Producer Gopalji: I was into theatre from 1982-86. I directed four plays all of which were staged more than a hundred times. Director Murali Krishna, a good friend of mine, and I decided to tell the world a good story and that’s how Thuttu came to be made.

Hero Aryan Rajesh: I am from Andhra Pradesh and have played the lead in 14 Telugu films. I have also done a couple of Tamil films — Album and Pokkisham . Thuttu is my third. When I heard the story, I was happy to be part of the project; the film has a powerful message beautifully woven into the screenplay. I am keen on doing more Tamil films.

Director and music director Muralikrishna: I have directed five films — Parvai Onre Pothume, Pesatha Kannum Pessume, Thirudiya Idhayathai, Karvam and Balam. The present film, Thuttu, for which I have also scored the music, is about quick interest and the havoc it wreaks on people. With action, comedy, romance and beautiful songs, Thuttu is sure to succeed at the box office.
