Mumbai Actor Ranveer Singh, who was last seen on screen in filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Bajirao Mastani , has landed a film by director Rohit Shetty.
Ranveer will soon be working with Shetty, who is known for his snazzy car-wreck stunts, action sequences and cool comedies, read a statement from the actor’s representative.
The details of Shetty’s directorial have been kept under wraps.
Meanwhile, Ranveer is busy shooting for his next film Befikre , helmed by Aditya Chopra, who is making a comeback after a hiatus of seven years.
Actor Vaani Kapoor, who made her acting debut in 2013 with the film Shuddh Desi Romance , will be seen starring with Singh.
Ranveer was launched in 2010 by Chopra’s home production company, Yash Raj Films, in Band Baaja Baarat .
