Repolling will take place in three polling booths in Barmer Lok Sabha constituency and one in Churu constituency in Rajasthan on April 21.

The decision for repolling in two booths (one each in Barmer and Churu) was taken due to technical problems in EVMs, whereas the report of entry of unauthorised persons inside two polling booths in Barmer constituency was the reason behind the decision for the repolling, Chief Electoral Officer Ashok Jain said today.

The polling for the first phase in 20 out of 25 constituencies in Rajasthan took place on April 17. The remaining five constituencies will go to the polls on April 24.
