Arvind Kejriwal will move the High Court against the Election Commission (EC) order directing him to desist from commenting on the Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress allegedly distributing money to voters.

An Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson said, “We will move the High Court against the Election Commission after the election. But at the moment we will fully respect the EC order“.

Earlier, the EC >had warned Kejriwal that it woud be constrained to take stern action against him in the event of any further violation.

However, a senior AAP functionary said that the party would move the HC because it believed his comments “were in the same spirit of the crusade against corruption waged by the party.”
