BJP president Amit Shah exhorted party workers to highlight the Modi govt.'s achievements to taste success in the Delhi Assembly election.

BJP president Amit Shah exhorted party workers to highlight the Modi govt.'s achievements to taste success in the Delhi Assembly election.

BJP national president Amit Shah reminded workers on Thursday that the party's mantra for success in the Delhi Assembly elections would be to highlight the achievements of the Narendra Modi Government.

Addressing a meeting of party workers in East Delhi, Mr. Shah urged them to take the Modi Government's achievements to the electorate during the campaign.

Mr. Amit Shah also targeted Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal. “He may call himself an aam aadmi , but he was an IRS officer. We have more aam aadmi s in our party,” said Mr. Shah.

Mr. Kejriwal had shown his true face in the 49 days his government was in power in Delhi, he added.

BJP chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi, speaking at the event, said women's safety would be at the top of her agenda if voted to power.
