James Dyson Award

Creative engineers are invited by the James Dyson Foundation, USA, to participate in the competition that is aimed to celebrate and publicise the work of young designers on a global platform. Entries can be sent individually or as a team.

Eligibility: Candidate in undergraduate, graduate engineering or design programme of any recognised university.

Application: Online only

Prizes and rewards: USD 40,000 to the winner, USD 6,000 to the runner- up, Certificate

NBHM Scholarship for Masters in Mathematics

Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites applications for the grant of scholarships to those who wish to pursue their postgraduation (MA, M.Sc.) in Mathematics.

Eligibility: Mathematics undergraduates with first or second class, or good academic record holders in integrated M.Sc. programmes in Mathematics.

Application: Through post

Prizes and rewards: ₹6,000 p.m. for two years till the completion of the programme.

De Montfort India Regional Scholarship

Twenty scholarship opportunities are offered by De Montfort University of Leicester, U.K., to various regions of India, the north east, central, west, south, for undergraduation and postgraduation courses.

Eligibility: Students must secure 70% or above average in Class XII or 60% or above in bachelor’s degree. A 500-word statement will be considered for scholarship.

Application: Online only

Prizes and rewards: ₹6,000 per month for two years till the completion of the programme.
