HDFC Educational Crisis Scholarship

Students who cannot fund their school fees due to financial constraints resulting from family bereavement, death, permanent disability or loss of job of the bread winner of the family are offered scholarship by HDFC bank.

Eligibility: Students of Class VI to postgraduation (part-time/ full-time) from any government or private institute.

Application: Online

Prizes and rewards: ₹10,000 p.a. for school students and up to ₹25,000 to the selected college or university students.

I am the Change Fellowship

The two-year paid fellowship programme invites undergraduate and graduate professionals to usher in change by channelising talent to help the needy in education sector.

Eligibility: Undergraduates below 40 years of age, holding 0-20 years of work experience and willing to commit to two years of community service in Chennai.

Application: Online

Prizes and rewards: ₹15,000 as stipend, project-related travel and telephonic expenses.

Martha Farrell Foundation Scholarship

To encourage research on sexual harassment at the workplace, the National Association of Professional Social Workers (NAWPSI) and Martha Farrell Foundation invite applications from postgraduation degree- seekers.

Eligibility: Candidates pursuing full-time MA Social Work, holding good academic record. Candidates must demonstrate interest in the specified topic.

Prizes and rewards: ₹25,000 in two instalments, accommodation for non-Delhi residents for orientation and reporting and publication of field research on foundation’s and NAPSWI websites.
