PG diploma in agri-business management
The Centre for Management Education under the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, has invited applications for its common entrance test for admission to the two-year fulltime residential postgraduate diploma in agri-business management (PGDM-ABM) for 2010-12. VAMNICOM is a national-level co-operative mangament institute financed by the Government of India.
The course is also offered at the Regional Institutes of Co-operative Management (RICMs) at Chandigarh and Gandhinagar, for which admission is on the basis of the rank obtained in the common entrance test. Detailed information can be obtained from the website www.ricmchandigarg.org, www.urimanage.org. The entrance test will be held on February 7, 2010 at various centres across the country. Any graduate from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks can apply. Those appearing for the final year degree examination can also apply.
How to apply
Aplplication forms and prospectus can be downloaded from the website www.vamnicom.org. Filled-in applications along with a demand draft for Rs.1,100 drawn in favour of the Director, VAMNICOM, Pune and true copies of relevant certificates should be sent to the Director, Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management, University Road, Pune-411007 so as to reach the addressee on or before January 5, 2010.

Application forms and common prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar, SRD, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 and from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU by sending a requisition letter along with a demand draft for Rs.150 drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi / the city of the Regional Centre.

Application form for January 2010 session will be distributed and completed application form will be accepted up to November 20 (without late fee) and up to November 30 with late fee of Rs.200. Application form distribution for July 2010 session starts from December 1 and ends on April 30, 2010 (without late fee).
The filled in application forms to be submitted at the concerned Regional Centres of IGNOU. Applications form can also be submitted online through www.ignou.ac.in round the year.
