Volkswagen launches new edition of Passat

German car maker Volkswagen on Tuesday launched its all-new edition Passat in India with BlueMotion technologies, priced between Rs. 20.80-Rs. 25.65 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

The all-new Passat will be available in diesel variant in both automatic and manual transmissions with BlueMotion technologies. The company will start booking from tomorrow onwards and start delivering by this month-end.

BlueMotion Technologies is a range of innovations and refinements that represent the cleanest, most energy efficient cars in the Volkswagen range. These are technologies that work together to achieve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions without taking the fun out of driving.

“The all-new Passat will be exclusively available with BlueMotion technologies. It is a design into the future with upgrade comfort, safety and extremely fuel efficient,” Volkswagen India Group Sales Director Neeraj Garg told reporters in Mumbai.

“We hope the all-new Passat will help us to increase our sales volumes in near future,” he said.
