SFL hikes interest rates

Sundaram Finance has hiked the interest rates on deposits by 0.50 per cent for one-year deposits for both senior citizens and others with effect from April 9.

The company will now pay 10.25 per cent on 12/18 months deposits and 10 per cent on 24/36 months deposits for senior citizens and 9.75 per cent on 12/18 months deposits and 9.50 per cent on 24/36 months deposits for others.

Monthly interest payment option will be available for all terms, says a company release.
