Polaris Financial PAT up 9 %

Polaris Financial Technology Ltd, formerly Polaris Software Lab, reported a 29 per cent rise in revenue at Rs.2,052.73 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012, as against Rs.1,586.33 crore in the previous year. The profit before interest, depreciation and amortisation grew by 20 per cent to Rs.287.27 crore from Rs.239.27 crore while the net profit by 9 per cent to Rs.220.71 crore from Rs.202.46 crore. For the quarter ended March 31, 2012, revenue grew by 19 per cent year-on-year to Rs.520.28 crore from Rs.437.53 crore and the profit before interest, depreciation and amortisation by 9 per cent to Rs.62.93 crore from Rs.58.16 crore. The net profit remained flat at Rs.61 crore.
