While the 6-inch phablet, Lumia 1320, is priced at Rs.23,999, the four-inch Lumia 525 will be available for Rs.10,399.

Expanding its smartphone portfolio, Nokia, on Tuesday, launched two new devices, Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525, in the Indian market.

While the 6-inch phablet, Lumia 1320, is priced at Rs.23,999, the four-inch Lumia 525 will be available for Rs.10,399.

“The two phones are integral addition to our Windows Phone portfolio. The Lumia 1320 offers large screen, playful design and rich imaging experience. The Lumia 525 comes on the heels of its successful predecessor, the Lumia 520. These models will bring the smartphone experience at more affordable prices,” Nokia India Director (Marketing) Viral Oza said here.

With the two new additions, the Finnish handset giant sells a total of 12 Lumia models in the price range of Rs.7,500-47,000 in the country.

“In the last 12 months, we launched 10 Lumia devices. At the end of 2013, we had 14 devices in our Lumia portfolio, of which 12 (including the two new devices) we are presently selling,” Mr. Oza added.

The Lumia 1320 features 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal user (expandable up to 64GB) capacity as well as seven GB SkyDrive cloud storage. It is powered by 1.7Ghz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and has 5 megapixel back camera, 0.3 MP VGA front camera and 3400 mAh battery.

The Lumia 525 has a 1 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor, 5MP camera and 1430mAh battery.

Nokia also announced that all new Nokia Lumia devices purchased till January 31 would get free 20GB Skydrive storage for a year by registering themselves on the Nokia website.
