Netxcell, telecom application services provider, has announced its partnership with Clockwork Mobile.
Through this tie up, Netxcell would manage digitising audio content, uploading content to operators' portals, producing mobile content, including voice-based applications as required by Clockwork Mobile for mobile operators in the domestic and international markets, according to Netxcell CEO Debasis Chatterji.
