More auto makers to hike prices

Volkswagen announced an increase of up to 2.5 per cent in the prices of its products in India from January 2014.

Volkswagen announced an increase of up to 2.5 per cent in the prices of its products in India from January 2014.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) and Volkswagen, on Thursday, announced that they would be raising the prices of their vehicles.

M&M said it would increase the price of its passenger and commercial vehicles by up to 2 per cent. The increase would be effective January 1, 2014.
