Following demonetisation, a slowly recovering residential unit market took a dip in sales in Q3, 2016-16 

Data released by realty firm PropTiger is for Top 9 cities: Mumbai (including Nav Mumbai & Thane), Pune, Noida (including Greater Noida & Yamuna Expressway), Gurugram (including Bhiwadi, Dharuhera & Sohna), Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad

 

Sales in Ahmedabad, Gurugram and Noida recorded the highest decline in the range of 30-40 %
