A two-day property show hosted by the Builders Welfare Association (BWA), Guntur beginning from August 13 at Subham Convention Hall will bring leading builders, housing finance companies and building material firms under one roof.
The show being held in the backdrop of a spurt in construction activity and rising demand for residential apartments is generating interest among realtors.
The show will also provide an opportunity for the people to assess latest trends in construction.
LIC Housing Finance Limited is the principal sponsor for the event, which is being co-sponsored by Schneider Electric Company and Segno Tiles.
Regional Manager, LIC HFL, Ramakrishnan, who unveiled the publicity material here on Wednesday, assured that LIC would come up with flexible loans and also promised to raise the cap on loans.
Property Show committee convener Chukkapalli Ramesh said 42 stalls have been booked by builders and building material manufacturing companies, including hardware, glass, and sanitary ware firms.
The BWA is ensuring wide publicity by distributing one lakh leaflets, 1,000 posters and hire 200 auto rickshaws for publicity.
The entry is free and lucky dip contests are being held every day.
President, BWA, Gadde Chalapathi Rao, secretary Kolla Syam, LIC HFL Operations Manager Krishna Rao and LIC Guntur branch manager Mahadevan were present.
