Fly Mobile on Tuesday launched its latest 800MHz CDMA mobile phone C-250 in the Indian market. Priced at Rs. 4,490, this multimedia phone has QC1110 chipset that gives an impressive talk time of eight hours owing to better power management. It is also a BREW (binary runtime environment for wireless) capable phone that supports the application development platform created by Qualcomm that can download and run small programmes for playing games, sending messages and sharing photos.
According to Prem Kumar, Chief Executive Officer (India Operations), “It is our constant endeavour to capture not just the requirements but also the aspirations of the users through continuous consumer research. These inputs are then incorporated into our products as features. This is possible only because we have our very own design and development facilities involved in incessant innovation enabling us to come up with superior products at unbelievably affordable prices.”
The phone can be charged with the help of USB cable and the USB connectivity also allows the users to use it as a flash drive for data storage as and when required. The expandable memory with the help of mini-SD card is 4GB. It supports a media player which is capable of audio and video recording as well as playback.
