Everonn Education doubled its consolidated revenue to Rs. 294 crore in the year ended March 31, 2010 from Rs. 145 crore in the previous year. Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, Managing Director P. Kishore said the ViTELS business division registered a 91 per cent growth in revenues and the ICT division 38.5 per cent. The two subsidiaries — Edures and Toppers — too recorded a good performance. The profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 46 crore from Rs. 22 crore.
The board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per share for 2009-10.
The company plans to open seven business schools in the coming years with an investment of Rs. 25 crore each.
